Surprise! America’s Been Starting Fights Forever

Characterizing America as a current warmonger is an overstretch. Historically, the U.S. has used military might to influence geopolitics around the globe.

Direct interventions: Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Korea. This administration is simply transparent about the motivations behind these actions, simply mirroring the “Big Stick” policy of more than a century ago.

Some argue that it’s a part of history from the inception of America, including wars against Native Americans and Hawaii, since economic gain was at stake.
