Have you ever felt one area of your life is strong and yet painfully weak in another? This was so true for me.

I could work hard at the gym, see the growth in my physical form, and just love every bit about doing it. And now, stepping outside the walls of the gym, I became a pathetic mess.

Talking to someone else became a real battle; the first time I tried asking someone out, my heart raced, my throat dried up after fumbling to utter a single word. Getting a polite but clearly indifferent response was like being knocked off my feet; I sulked for weeks.

That was my light-bulb moment; here I was, totally fit, but yet mentally weak. Just as one builds the muscles, confidence and mental toughness are built-in characteristics, not something people possess or lack. This was everything. So, just come with me in the writing of my life story as I show you how to get into the mental gym too.
