…because I remember being in my office when I learned that Robert Card was found dead in a dumpster. I felt tremendous relief and was glad I could go outside again. However, I also felt sadness and guilt. I could go outside and enjoy the beautiful October weather. The shooting victims could not. There would be no more beautiful days for them. Their lives were cut short far too soon.
